Book our Community Room for your events! Whether you have a specific themed event in mind or just want to hang out with friends and build, our Community Room is a great place to enjoy some quality LEGO fun!
$125 per hour, minimum of 2 hours.

Terms and Conditions
Food / Drink / Setup time
We allow outside food and drinks. All drinks must be boxed, pouched or bottled (no open cups, and no alcohol please) You may arrive 15 minutes early to set up food. We do allow party decorations, just nothing that needs to be hung from the wall or ceiling, no pinatas or confetti.
Retainer
A non-refundable retainer of $100 is required at the time of booking to reserve the time slot and necessary items for the event. Retainer is applied to your final bill. Remaining balance plus state sales tax is paid after your party.
Cleaning Fee
For large groups, a $30 cleaning fee will be added to the final cost of the room booking.
Signatures
This contract may be signed electronically or in hard copy. If signed in hard copy, it must be returned to the Business for valid record. Electronic signatures count as original for all purposes.
By typing their names as signatures in the booking form, both parties agree to the terms and provisions of this agreement.
FAQ
1) Do we bring our own food?
Yes, you can provide food anyway you’d like! You can have food delivered or bring it in yourself.
3) How early can we arrive?
You can arrive up to 30 minutes before your event to set up. If you will need more time, please talk to Jamie.
